Horizons House

Home / Horizons House

Cromdale formed a joint venture company with Waterloo Quay Properties to develop two landmark office buildings on Waterloo Quay overlooking Victoria Dock.

Horizons House comprises 60,000 sq. ft. of Grade A offices with a double height entrance and a full height glazed atrium, completed in December 2015.

Granite and curtain walling have been combined in an energy efficient design to achieve a very good BREEAM rating and an EPC A.

The three upper floors are leased to DOF Subsea.

The majority of the first floor is leased to BW Offshore.

Cromdale assumed full control of the project in 2016.

The development complements Waterloo Quay Properties estate comprising contemporary office accommodation set within traditional granite properties.
